The Women's State Committee met on November 2nd via Zoom. Meet fees and pre-meet information were discussed, as well as other important items. Here are the meeting minutes.

Facility: Berks Gymnastics Academy This is an intimate meet in a warm, friendly, low key setting, great for qualifying. At the Dutch Classic we celebrate the PA Dutch culture by dressing in traditional dutch costumes and serving dutch hospitality. Gymnastics Results - The most complete Gymnastics results archive online.Every gymnast competing at Olympic Games 1984-2016, World Championships 1994-2018, European Championships 1996-2018, European Games 2015, Summer Universiade 2003-2015, World Cup meets, U.S. Championships, Pan American Games, Central American Games, South American Games, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, Grand Prix and many.


USA Gymnastics will allow for sanctioned events to continue for the 2020/2021 season. Meet directors and clubs will be permitted to host sanctioned events, provided that the event can be conducted in a manner that is in compliance with their local government guidelines and laws. Guidelines for Reopening gymnastics programs have been issued by USA Gymnastics' Athlete Health and Wellness Council. Although not a comprehensive guide, this publication should be helpful for gymnastics schools and is certainly worth reading.

The latest USAG Program Updates are available for the Men's and Women's programs. Download the Men's program updates and the Women's program updates from the USA Gymnastics website. The Women's program updates include the latest JO Floor Exercise updates to the Women's Code of points.



Reporting Women's JO and Xcel Meet Results
All scores from ALL LEVELS MUST be sent to results@cousag.com in order for a meet to be considered as a qualifying meet. Please note that YOU MUST INCLUDE THE SANCTION NUMBER with the results. Instructions are available for exporting results from ProScore, Beyond the Scores or a generic format. No scores can be counted if they aren't reported in one of these accepted formats.

The Cheryl L. Baits Gymnastics Award is given each year to a deserving Xcel program athlete who plans to attend the Regional Championship Meet. Current Regional levels are Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Depending on gym policy, this award will go to the gym or family of the athlete. An application for the award can be downloaded here.



The official USA Gymnastics 2020 - 2021 Rules & Policies are now available online. The Womens's Rules and Policies, the Mens's Rules and Policies and the Tumbling & Trampoline Rules & Policies can be downloaded or viewed for free from the USA Gymnastics web site.



Meet Directors for this competition season will no doubt want to download and view this presentation on what it takes to run an efficient and sanction violation free meet.



Colorado Men's Rules and Policies are available now. Those who are Men's USAG Professional members should read and review the document. Any questions or suggestions should be sent to the Men's State Board members listed on our website.



Xcel for Boys is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes. Colorado State Law, Senate Bill 11-040 REQUIRES ALL coaches with primary supervisory responsibility for a youth athletic activity to complete annual concussion recognition education. A course that is free and meets these requirements can be found at www.nfhslearn.com. In order to take the free course, you will need to register with the NFHS Learning Center. Please take the time to take this course for the safety of our children, and to become compliant with the law.

Team payment should be made out to Unite for HER and mailed to: Unite for HER, 127 East Chestnut Street, West Chester, PA 19380. Upon receipt of your online registration and full payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your entry within two business days. Any number of athletes are welcome to participate on a team – 1 or 100!

Upon receipt of your full payment, your official pink invitational event box will be shipped directly to your gym via UPS.
